Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role will provide assistance across multiple functions, including marketing, video editing, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of supporting different divisions as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support such as data entry, scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

Assist in marketing tasks, including drafting content, posting on social media platforms, and basic campaign coordination.

Edit and repurpose video content for internal and external use (basic video editing skills required).

Support cross-departmental operations by learning and assisting with administrative workflows across different divisions.

Perform research and compile reports as needed.

Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support business operations.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with social media management or content scheduling tools.

Knowledge of CRM systems or basic design/editing tools.

Prior exposure to marketing or operations support.

Note: This is a remote position and requires a laptop or computer, a reliable internet connection, and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace. Work hours follow the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
